Is there a correct way?
A pre-determined path in which we are meant to follow,
Simple for the sake of complete our unspoken mission?
I would like to say no but the world does not agree with my answer,
As if twists and turns violently,
Creating countless obstacles that appear impenetrable and unavoidable in nature,
But alas,
If I possess a better view of the world I would realize the obvious,
Doors unlocking soundlessly,
Windows flying open gracefully,
Barriers disintegrating gradually,
Though I cannot see this,
I choose not to witness this questionable act of nature,
For I would rather not accept the inevitable fact,
That we are not as powerful as we seem to believe.

Furthermore, as we continue to walk along in ignorance,
No direction remains uncharted,
No door seals off a potential route,
No window denies a perfect escape,
No barrier sustains its integrity,
I am not meant know,
Nor is everyone else,
It is merely a means to seeing us off on our lively adventures.
A simple description on my outlook of what nature is really steering us toward. Enjoy!

Each sentence rolls of the tongue and has dramatic pull towards the end.
Nicely done, excellent work. ^.^

Very nice :)
I tend to agree, we are not meant to know, but to choose to the best of our ability (you actually used the word "choose" yourself), and if things don't work as hoped then maybe a new door will open that we hadn't seen before, or a window into another room. It is pre-determined but we're too small to see it. And if we knew exactly what we're supposed to do and how... well, that's a bit boring isn't it? We'd be fighting it and trying to be different anyway, so choosing without certainty is better because it suits our nature.
I loved the stiff perfect English style you used, makes it a serious philosophical writing :)

Thanks! ^^
Yes, it would be hard to find each of our individual paths, not to mention boring as you've said. Who would want to know everything they are doing in the future? I figure since each of our individual natures are different from one another, it will open different doors and windows but does not limit other doors and windows on someone else's path. We may never understand this, but it's okay because we only need to accept it.
Thank you very much! I'm so glad you like it. :happybounce:
